I've been clean for 9yrs their counselors like George,Ericka,Maggie and Retired ED HELPED ME! Like no other place I don't know if things have changed but they're ppl that have been there and have compassion I'll never forget Western Pacific van Nuys aswell are COOL!

This place is a gem. I've been to it's sister clinic and to ttc but neither compare. There are people here who genuinely care, like for real. The front desk lady Alma is such a beautiful person, super caring. Seriously it might look Scarry on the outside but there is something so different about this place. Everyone from the director to the higher-ups (Erica.. she's so darn nice) front desk, councelor's, dosing nurses (Alejandra is the best I'm pretty sure she's a legit angel 👼), to the security guard (he's dope af) You can count on them, and that's nice. The people who come here aren't that bad either lol.

It is what it is... It's a clinic, if you utilize it correctly and be within reason then one shouldn't have an unpleasant experience. They treat clients fairly and make strides to accommodate whatever "issues" that may perturb you. Average wait is 3-10 min, staff is kind, and the physician assistant (the lady doc) is great. (however, I cannot speak for the actual doc as he seldom appears).

New Dr and she is delightful! My ability to be on methadone maintenance is dependent on take homes since I am agoraphobic.....not to mention a few other issues. All you need to get take home doses at this clinic is clean UAs. You don't necessarily have to show proof of your mental illness or physical handicap. The staff is nice, friendly, reasonable, and this clinic actually runs on common sense & logic, unlike the "Twilight Zone" of insanity I've experienced at other clinics.

Great Staff wonderful Counselors & u don't need to wait that long for filling out paper work if your a new patient doctor is pretty fast too. u get to dosed with in the hour the most 1 hour in a half & Thiers plenty of parking space its not as bad as the other ones in the valley they work with u financially & their hours our Monday -Fridays 5:45am to 1:00pm Saturday & Sunday 5:45am - 9:30am & "Holidays" are open one hour usually 7:00am-8:00am they only except intakes on Mondays & Fridays because that's when the doctor. Is Available I Recommend it to everyone that wants this kind of help blessing & good luck Rachel ❣💖👌💜😊

My best friend, yes, seriously best friend and I know the place is legit and the doctors are fair, the staff extremely friendly and professional.
